We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges are not currently offered on myhandbagsonline.com. You must purchase the replacement product separately and return the original product for a refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@myhandbagsonline.com.
We are pleased to provide a variety of shipping options based on your delivery location and product being purchased. Most items ship with no additional shipping charges to the 48 contiguous United States for delivery with 5 to 7 days from order placement. Additional shipping charges may be incurred based on the product being purchased, the shipping service and delivery address selected at checkout. Purchasing from multiple retailers in one order may result in multiple shipping charges.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless explicitly listed on the Product Page. In general, orders are not shipped on weekends or US holidays. If our retailers are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All of our retailers provide shipping to the 48 Contiguous United States. Some retailers do not provide shipping services to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Currently, MyHandBagsOnline.com does not support the shipment of items to addresses outside of the United States.
A Shipment Confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped by a retailer. If you purchased from multiple retailers on a single order, you may receive multiple shipment confirmation emails. Each email will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.
If your shipment tracking shows that your item(s) have been delivered, but you have not received them after 3 days, please contact us .
We will work with the retailer(s) that shipped your item(s) to file the appropriate claims.
